[Pyc-members] Impt: Change in fuel and launch hours

The Board and the House and Docks committee sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but due to Staff shortage we are forced to modified the fuel dock and launch operation schedule. 
                            
                            Times will be  as follows:

          Beginning 9/8/08 - Sun. - Thurs. 9 am to 5 pm
                                      Fri. and Sat. - 9 am to 7:30 pm

          Beginning 9/21/08 - Sun. - Thurs. 9 am to 5 pm
                                        Fri. and Sat. - 9 am to 6:30 pm

     The Fuel Dock and Launch operation closes for the season on 10/12/08.  Be sure to top off your tanks!

     We need volunteers as "dock hands" and "house help" beginning September, 2008. For dock help we would like to have volunteers for 3-hour periods each day beginning at 9 am. There will be a schedule in the Steward's office to be filled in by volunteers for each 3-hour period of each week until shut down of the Fuel Dock and Launch operation.
If you can volunteer as "house help"  There will also be a posted list of chores that volunteers can stop in an do at any time.
All jobs will be easier if members will make an extra effort to keep the House clean.
If you know of other members who would like to volunteer please get them involved.
