<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:#1F497D">I have reached out to Mr. Cunningham and apologized for the way we treated him when he entered the club on Thursday night. Usually we have our BOD meetings in the Whaleback room for this very
reason. This incident should remind us all that BOD meetings are not private unless we are in Executive session. All members are welcome to come and listen to the discussion as long as they are not disruptive to the proceedings. We should have realized
that technically the clubhouse opened on May 5<sup>th</sup> and even though the opening event had not happened yet we owe our members the utmost respect.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:#1F497D"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:#1F497D">There was another person who came into the club to sign up we drove her away also. I recommend that each of us find a moment to apologize to Joe if we see him around the club. By admitting
our mistakes, it only makes us better managers moving forward. If any of you know the identity of the blonde women with curly hair please send her name to me and I will reach out to her and apologize on behalf of the board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:#1F497D"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; color:#1F497D">From now on we will use the Whaleback room instead of the main house. In this way we can limit foot traffic during our meeting. If a member pokes their head in, we will simply stop discussion
and see if we can assist them in some way.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I wrote to Whit last last Friday and got no response, so I am resending to you both at your club address.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As a dues paying member of the club I do not care for the way I was treated Thursday night.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I stated in my prior e-mail that Portsmouth Yacht Club Board meeting are held on the second floor.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was at the club Thursday and no notice was posted either at the club or online stating that the club would be closed, and the meeting held on the first floor.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When I entered through the front door it was wide open and no notice the club was closed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I believe this is my 20<sup>th</sup> tear as a member and I dont like how it is starting.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The lady that spoke to me speaking was unknown to me and was rude. ( Refer to bylaws members will behave in a gentlemanly fashion ).</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The last time I checked board meeting are opened to all members of the club.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I understand a new member was excited and walked in and was treated in a similar fashion.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The behavior the other night reflects poorly on the club.</p>
