<div>Hey Whit, thanks for sending this out. I was getting ready to poll my team today to seek their feedback regarding what I thought was the new club position to charge workers for club dinners? What am I missing? I raised this when Soni mentioned it at the
meeting and she said that the club can\u2019t afford to have this and that we are a volunteer organization. I was a bit miffed as it was the first I\u2019d heard of it.
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I\u2019ve been working on the pulled pork team for 13 years and leading it for the past five years or so since George Kinser departed. As I mentioned at the Board meeting team members have been with the club for a long time and they all do a great job. Last
year we got a newbie couple on our team and they worked out great.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Aside from that we made several hundred dollars on the event and that was before several members of the team including Ellen and I donated the items we made and did not seek reimbursement. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I think we need to make this clear right away and I\u2019m really glad that I got this email before I sent out my notice to the team.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Please advise what I was missing from the Board meeting the other night since Soni was adamant about team members paying and now you are saying that is not the case.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We need to get this straightened out right away. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.</div>
