What am I missing? I raised this when Soni mentioned it at the meeting and she said that the club can\u2019t afford to have this and that we are a volunteer organization. I\u2019ve been working on the pulled pork team for 13 years and leading it for the past five years or so since George Kinser departed. As I mentioned at the Board meeting team members have been with the club for a long time and they all do a great job. Last year we got a newbie couple on our team and they worked out great.

Aside from that we made several hundred dollars on the event and that was before several members of the team including Ellen and I donated the items we made and did not seek reimbursement.
