Annual Invoice Time! Attached are drafts of the various Agreements that I send along with the invoices on November 15. Please review them and let me know if you think anything needs to be changed. I will ask that they be approved at the 11/11 Board meeting. I made a small change to the Launch Agreement: line 4 used to end with “on or before the first date on which the Launch User wants to use the launch, but no later than June 1”. I took out the no later than June 1 part because we have a couple of ‘economy-minded’ members who wait every year until the middle of June or July to pay and then want to not just pay the fee but have the fee prorated.

At the Board meeting, I will also ask for approval of the various fees we charge.
