Attached please find a collection of my New England yacht club comparison project work which began last December. The goal and outline of this project is presented in the PDF entitled \u201cPYC Club Comparison Project Plan 111420 V1.pdf." It has been slightly updated since its completion in March, but largely consistent with its original presentation. All contained documents are PDF's (and a read-only XLS file summary).

This package of documents is to be treated at a BOD executive level, as the project was started with that stipulation. Much of the material was given to me by senior coastal yacht club staff with the understanding of PYC BOD distribution only. Contact names, details, financial information, statistics, and other club information is scattered throughout these documents.

With that agreement, please present this package to the newly created \u201cBylaws and Constitution\u201d committee for their use. I hope that the information contained in these documents will be of some relevance and assistance toward this committee\u2019s goals; please feel free to contact me with any queries for additional information. I'm waiting for some additional information from the Commodore at Arundle Yacht Club (Kennybunkport), as my original zip file containing their bylaws, constitution, and club manager duties became corrupt during internal PC operations.
