As part of our discussions on the 11/12 BOD slate we discussed sharing with those members who have asked the Board for advice and guidance with the Dinghy dock space management. I intend to write up a short discussion of the H&D rules and how they apply to this situation in response to what they have written to the Commodore. I have discussed this with Art and will send you a draft of what I plan to send to the members who addressed the Board.
