<div>The information was very helpful in aiding the BOD's determinations that there is enough interest in attending the Annual Meeting and there is not enough interest&nbsp;to move forward with social&nbsp;event planning.</div>

<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 7:00 PM at the Wentworth Country Club, Pavilion&nbsp;building.&nbsp; The survey results indicated that there are more members willing to attend the Annual Meeting in a large, indoor space with appropriate measures, than the number required for a quorum.&nbsp; &nbsp; The event space is huge and can accommodate more than the number needed for a quorum with social distancing, masks required, and a commercially&nbsp;cleaned space prior to the meeting.&nbsp; The&nbsp;Pavillion&nbsp;is a brand new venue with&nbsp;high end amenities;&nbsp;a commercial grade sound system, in-floor heating, and large rest rooms.&nbsp;</div>

<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The BOD intends to keep the meeting as short as possible to limit the time spent inside to a minimum.&nbsp; Distribution of&nbsp;<i>all the reports will be sent by email </i>&nbsp;prior to the meeting.&nbsp; There will be a chance to ask questions if the committee chair is present.&nbsp; If not present, questions will be taken for publication with the answers after the meeting.&nbsp; You will be receiving the Annual Meeting information packet in advance of the meeting by mail as usual.</div>

<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;All events in September, and for the rest of the&nbsp;year, have been cancelled due to the survey results showing there was not enough&nbsp;interest to&nbsp;host a social function at the Club with over 60% of the respondents&nbsp;indicating they had no intentions&nbsp;of attending any events. Similarly,&nbsp;the uncertainties the Fall and Winter may bring determined that the holiday gatherings are also cancelled.&nbsp;<br clear="none"></div>
