<div dir="ltr">Good morning,<div><br></div><div>Consolidated Communications had an outage yesterday which delayed sending the attached agenda to you for tomorrow night's meeting regarding the attached proposals (sent earlier) to be approved for the annual meeting.</div><div>Joe Nadeau has suggested that the attachment titled children-parents responsibility be added to the House & Docks Rules in 2021. Many thanks to Art Dionne and Joe Nadeau for their expertise and time spent on these items.</div><div><br></div><div>The regularly scheduled September 10th meeting is not early enough for the membership to be notified by mail of these changes. Therefore, I would like to hold a special meeting on Thursday August 27th at 6:30 for <i>the sole purpose</i> of addressing needs of the annual meeting including consideration of the attached proposed changes to the H&D rules and/or Constitution.</div><div><br></div><div>Please review these attachments and send me any questions and concerns with the language so we can be prepared to move these items forward or not as the case may be.
