<div dir="ltr">Good morning,<div>It seems we are up against a tight timeline to approve some Constitutional changes to be included in deliberations for the annual meeting.  Many thanks to Art Dionne and Joe Nadeau for their expertise and time spent on these items.</div><div><br></div><div>The regularly scheduled September 10th meeting is not early enough for the membership to be notified by mail of these changes.  Therefore, I would like to hold a special meeting on Thursday August 27th at 6:30 for <i>the sole purpose</i> of addressing needs of the annual meeting including consideration of the attached proposed changes to the H&amp;D rules and/or Constitution.</div><div><br></div><div>Please review these attachments and send me any questions and concerns with the language so we can be prepared to move these items forward or not as the case may be. Also, have I missed anything?</div><div><br></div><div>Enjoy this beautiful day!</div><div>Pat</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>
