<span style="font-family: "book antiqua"; font-size: 12pt;"> A pro-active understanding of how many members might actually attend an "in-person" meeting would add a good filter to our plan, and perhaps a method of obtaining that "guestimate" would be a good agenda item.</span>

Ms. Hammer wishes to address the BOD regarding the disciplinary action imposed last meeting and she is expected right after the meeting is called to order and we vote to go into executive session. This is a listening session as we will reconsider the matter later in the meeting.
