<div dir="ltr">Good evening,<div>A few issues have arisen at the Club that will be better addressed sooner than later, which is why I would like to hold this meeting in person. </div><div><br></div><div>a.) The membership language in the constitution may need to be addressed in a broader and more specific way for the annual meeting. It is pragmatic to get ahead of the annual meeting work if there is going to be changes. </div><div>b.) There is an ongoing situation where a number of Club rules have been disregarded resulting in a member&#39;s complaint to be addressed in executive session.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, Paulette reports strong sales of PYC gear and lobster rolls are coming to the PYC deck!</div><div><br></div><div>See you Thursday,</div><div>Pat</div><div><br></div></div>
