David McArdle attended the Selectmen's meeting on Monday night and the details below are the contents of their conditions and are approved by NC Chief of Police White. <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>The bad news is there are still members not wearing masks. <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Below is the draft of the member letter for the end of next week. There have been any number of complaints and reports of non-compliance. Please wear a mask and we will do our best to get the Club as open and functional as soon as possible.</i><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><b>Parking:</b> Please read carefully. We are one step closer to having the Club available to more members thanks to the following understanding between local officials and resident BOD member David McArdle regarding parking. <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#500050'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>Under the strict conditions outlined below, the parking restrictions near the Club have been eased. I can not stress enough that the following directions <b><u>MUST </u></b><u>be followed or cars will be ticketed.</u></span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'> <b>As of June 2nd, parking on Piscataqua Street from PYC property along the white fence only, <u>and no further,</u> will be allowed.</b> </span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'> Members are not allowed to park anywhere else or they will be fined.</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'> All other parking on New Castle is closed to non-residents.</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><p class=MsoNormal><span class=gmail-im><span style='color:black'> <b>A PYC sticker <u>must</u> be displayed on the drivers side back window.</b> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#500050'> </span><span style='color:black'> If there is no sticker or the sticker is not visible in the proper location the car will be fined.
