Your draft does a nice job at catching each of the ideas and decisions that we agreed upon as a group Thursday evening. Although it\u2019s very difficult using the virtual concept especially with a large group, I think you\u2019ve addressed not only our collective concerns, but you\u2019ve also provided a few answers to the memberships\u2019 concerns.

I\u2019ve already been asked by several members specific questions about upcoming operations. My answer has simply been for people to watch for your letter which will outline all newly decided upon policies.

I think you\u2019ve made a mistake in announcing the location for bathrooms access. We\u2019ve decided that the front door will be locked, and that the rear door will usable for members. I\u2019m thinking that we might also have Frieda provide some liquid disinfectant soap dispensers in each of the bathrooms for all to use.

The section about parking might add that plenty of parking spaces for guests and our membership is still available behind the church across from the police & fire station(s). I mentioned a month ago while speaking with Officer Cody Lightfoot the issue of parking limitations now in effect (due to the road parking ban). He stated that we have still have permission to use that lot (it\u2019s a 3 minute walk to the club).

The note from the Kittery harbormaster was a great addition, as it adds credibility to our club\u2019s policies. From what I\u2019ve seen both on the news and locally, some people aren\u2019t placing this entire situation at a level that it warrants.
