In 2018 with much lower fuel sales that line was $27,726. (The number on the 990 you pointed out plus the number on the 990T add up to total payroll.) I sent a note to the auditor suggesting that the amount on the 990 be about $9000 less and the number on the 990T be about $9000 more. I figure about $8000 of the $17000 increase in payroll from 2018 to 2019 was due to Jerry and he had no bearing on fuel sales. Increasing the salaries on the 990T also reduces our taxes.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thank you,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Lucida Handwriting"'>Doyle<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><div><div style='border:none;border-top:solid #E1E1E1 1.0pt;padding:3.0pt 0in 0in 0in'><p class=MsoNormal><b>From:</b> PETER DAWSON <poko@comcast.net> <br><b>Sent:</b> Friday, May 1, 2020 1:54 PM<br><b>To:</b> Board of Directors <board@portsmouthyc.org>; stardot@comcast.net; Maggie Fogel <maggie@maggiefogel.com><br><b>Subject:</b> Re: [Board] PYC 2019 Tax Forms<o:p></o:p></p></div></div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'>Doyle, <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'> Attached; have a nice weekend all, <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'>--Peter-- <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'>Stay well............ <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'>On April 30, 2020 at 3:41 PM <a href="mailto:stardot@comcast.net">stardot@comcast.net</a> wrote: <o:p></o:p></p><div><div><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal>Attached are the 2019 Tax Forms I plan to submit next week. We state in these forms (Form 990 Part VI Section B Lines 11a and 11b and also Schedule O) that the Board of Directors and Officers are given copies of the forms before we submit them. You are not required to review them but you are welcome to do so. Please look them over and get back to me with any questions or comments by Monday noon and I will instruct the auditor to print them for submission Monday afternoon. I have reviewed them and I recommended one change to the Form 990 Part VII , telling the auditor I thought the Treasurer and Secretary stipends should be entered in column F as they have been in previous years. Other than that, I find that the answers to the questions and the numbers look good.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal>Unless you see an issue, I would appreciate each of you replying to me with an \u201cOK to submit.\u201d<o:p></o:p></p><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal>Thank you,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal><strong><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Lucida Handwriting"'>Doyle </span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=ox-c0d018843d-msonormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div></blockquote><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;color:black'><br> <o:p></o:p></span></p></div></div></body></html>
