This has been a difficult decisions for the BOD given PYC\u2019s traditions and practices as a social club and the extra cost involved. However, we have listened to the membership and understand the first priority is to get the docks in.</div><div style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></div><div style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> Therefore, a plan that anticipates as many reasonable \u2018what if\u2019 questions as possible (and still gets the floats in place as soon as possible) Is ready to execute. Our appreciation goes out to R/C Art Dionne, Wes Smith, and P/C Mike Coffey for putting together all the details to make this happen.</div><div style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></div><div style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> In early May, when the tides and weather are right, contracts and communication are in place for a crew from Prock and a crane operator to do most of the work.
