Rose has a

works great in that venue for her group. I'm thinking that G2M is also nice as it allows an entire conference with video squares matrix(ed) on the display for each of the members signed in.

I don't recall how the interaction between members works in GTM however (who's talking, and how it's coordinated between those who are signed in). I do remember that it worked well in multi-directional communications (round-table) discussions.

I'll be interested to hear how your meeting goes (Pat) using zoom (and as a possible avenue to take for our BOD mtg).

Just jumping in here as I use Zoom and G2M all day every day. The free account of Zoom is great however you are limited to a 40-minute meeting. I have a Go to Meeting account that I am happy to use for the meeting if you want. There is a dial in option for voice only and a video option with screen sharing. The participant can choose how they want to join, Laptop, Desktop, tablet, smartphone or regular landline.

Please let me know if you can or have downloaded the Zoom app. I would want to have a trial run before the meeting.
