<div>At our last meeting the subject of our current employee&nbsp;pay bands was brought up and the feeling was that we needed to be more competitive in the tight job market.</div>

<div>Attached is a revised pay band document for the approval of the BOD.&nbsp; Since Wes and Freida need to firm up some of the employees, we should strive to approve this soon.&nbsp; The figures are competitive with comparable positions within our area.&nbsp; We want to be competitive and get good employees, but at the same time, not break the bank.&nbsp; This is NOT in concrete, so feel free to recommend further adjustments.</div>
