The PNB application process is a 25 day process, after receipt and logged in. Tighe & Bond will submit the application package this afternoon 1/15/19.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Tomorrow 1/16/19 \u2013 Five (5) copies of the application package will be delivered to the Town of New Castle clerk for signature and acceptance. The packages are distributed to the various New Castle departments.
