The PNB application process is a 25 day process, after receipt and logged in. Tighe & Bond will submit the application package this afternoon 1/15/19.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Tomorrow 1/16/19 – Five (5) copies of the application package will be delivered to the Town of New Castle clerk for signature and acceptance. The packages are distributed to the various New Castle departments. If all goes well we should he the NHDES Permit by end of February. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The next Event is the PYC Special Meeting January 25<sup>th</sup>.
