It includes assigned dinghy spaces under the pier for an additional $35 per year (based on previous year assignments). There are 7 dinghies currently under the pier who would receive first choice. Comm. Michael said that a wait list for those dinghy spaces would have to be created. PC Coffey advised that the agreement should include text that says nothing can be moved under the pier.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><o:p> </o:p></p><p>PC Dionne added that we are not ensuring that we have signed agreements, which puts the club at risk. He provided surprising numbers showing payment but no signed agreements and proof of insurance for dinghies, slips, and moorings. He said he would like to create a letter which tells members who have a dinghy, slip, or mooring that they must include the agreement and proof of insurance with their check for fee payment. If all are not received together, then the slip or mooring will be given to another member. PC Coffey made a motion that PC Dionne initiate the letter and that it be sent to members who are delinquent immediately and included with invoices for the 2019 season.
