<div class="yiv6332080577MsoNormal"><b>This is an urgent request</b>; I didn\u2019t want to wait till our Thursday BOD meeting. Time is of the essence. I had several discussions and visit with Duncan Mellor P.E. Principal Costal Engineer from Tighe & Bond regarding the PYC Pier.</div>

<div class="yiv6332080577MsoNormal">This memo requests permission to engage the services of Tighe & Bond to provide an engineering scope of work for the PYC pier to determine what\u2019s required to be replaced and or repaired, and conduct a load capacity of the pier. The cost of this engineering analysis is $2,500</div>

<div class="yiv6332080577MsoNormal">Duncan and I further discussed the NHDES wetland permit expiring in February 2019, and may have a possible way of doing the work without going through a new NHDES permit process. The new permit should be a 25 day review process by NH DES after submission. We need the attached scope of work before applying for the permit.</div>
