Family is defined as two individuals living at the same address in a marriage or marital-type relationship.</span><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">" Accordingly, as Capt. Eberhart is married and lives with his wife at the same address he enjoys a family membership. However, neither our </font></font><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Constitution or By-Laws defines children of a family membership as Members. As far as I am aware, Capt. Eberhart has 3 children, two of which are living at the home of Capt. Eberhart and his wife. One of those children (Eric Eberhart) is approximately 28 years old and the other of the two children is 23/24 years old. If we now decide that the our definition of "Family" includes either or both Capt. Eberhart's 2 children that are living at home, then we are opening up the door to include " any child living at home with his/her parents regardless of the age of the child". I have a son living at home with my wife and I and he is 59 years old.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">As this issue has ramifications that PYC has never addressed in the past, we should not, in this matter, create a new category membership without a great deal of discussion. Consequently, I am not in favor of Capt. Eberhart's request.</font></div>
