<div dir="ltr"><div>Thanks so far for the comments. I agree that it appears that the "inmates are running the asylum", but at the end of the day the BOD has the final word. This year has been interesting so far, in that we have had significant personnel changes to deal with, and we are also trying to get the salary picture into a framework that will benefit the club in the future. In some respects we may be behind the power curve, but this most recent revelation was not on the horizon, and the plan that was voted on was certainly accomplished in a timely manner to replace the steward.</div><div>As far as reactionary decision making, the only decision that fits into that category is one that I made, not the board, so I disagree that the BOD has been reactionary. Plus, a lot of the issues that we are dealing with have been pushed down the road in the past, and I thank this BOD for stepping up and taking action.</div><div>Enough of my banter. I will await further feedback, and this issue will be on the next meeting agenda. We still have time for either plan to play out.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks again,</div><div><br></div><div>Glenn</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Fri, Apr 27, 2018 at 10:24 AM, Glenn Michael <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:glennwmichael@gmail.com" target="_blank">glennwmichael@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div>Good Morning,</div><div><br></div><div>Please read the attachment and give me your input.
