<font color='black' size='2' face='arial'>This isn't a question of money! As we all know, the carpet in the dining area of the Clubhouse is scheduled to be replaced next season. We all agreed it makes sense to do the dining area carpet and the entrance carpet at the same time with the same carpet so as to present a continuous effect!
<div>While I understand that great work has been done in the two bathrooms and the entrance way, leaving the entrance carpet as is does not minimize that accomplishment! Obviously, I am against replacing the entrance way carpet this year!</div>

<div>As for the $680... that really is a very reasonable price to complete the project. </div>
<div>To save a few dollars maybe Mike could pull up the carpet and save on some prep work. I have a hard time with a few people putting in their own money to get this project completed.</div>

by Mary Pat and Jay Gibson. Mary Pat really had a vision for how nice the area could look, and has spent so so many hours to give us all something to enjoy. To have this lovely fresh space, and the old carpet, seems like leaving a big effort incomplete.
