absurd. In my limited view, compare all the training and
immense know-how the steward's position requires compared to
the dockmaster's.<br>

the meeting, but in my experience (in having 52 employees in
my company), almost invariably it is wiser to hire from within
for a number of reasons. . Freida is a known quantity, and we
know she knows club very well, I dare say 95% of the members
like her, so let's be sure she is given every opportunity (I
mean preference), and enticement, in consideration for the steward
position. <br>
