I'm not sure the general public can get to the links behind the password. If you had been logged into that PYC section then closed the tab and then did your search you may have been able to see the minutes because the password was still cached by the browser.</div>

I tried the search tonight, clicked on the Minutes link and it came up requiring me to enter the password.</div>

Ctrl Shift Delete will clear the cache, after that see if you can get in by the link.</div>

management of some of the "password protected" areas of the current PYC site.

<div>I bring this up as I discovered some time back (prior to my presence on the BOD) that a simple google search of "Portsmouth Yacht Club Minutes" reveals PDF versions of minutes for many of the past meetings (see below, or try for yourself on google). I
am of the opinion that these are documents that should not be available to the general public - particularly items such as monthly Treasurer's Reports and discussions of ongoing business/bids conducted through outside vendors.</div>
