<div dir="ltr">Thanks Dan - I had been tossing around the idea of exploring a member management tool as well, given conversations I have had in the past regarding how PYC handles most things member-related (documentation for slips/insurance/waiting lists/invoicing & payments/etc.).<div><br></div><div>I currently manage an active member management tool for ~100 members within my organization (it handles exactly what you mention) and would be very open to helping to explore possible solutions that might be of a benefit to the club, if even only to increase efficiencies and processes in the "back office" areas of PYC. While it might not make sense to set aside time at this meeting, given the importance of time crunch of the currently outstanding items, I'd love to touch base and find out a bit more about what you had seen and possibly prepare something to introduce at a later date.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>-Scott</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Mon, Apr 9, 2018 at 7:55 AM, Dan Gingras <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:dgingras@comcast.net" target="_blank">dgingras@comcast.net</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div lang="EN-US" link="blue" vlink="purple"><div class="m_5713737618740379546WordSection1"><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1f497d">I scrupulously avoided the use of passwords when I created the PYC Website many years ago, and resisted putting them on for the 10 years I ran the website because of the age and sophistication of our members.
