Do you think the running toilets might have caused the $1000+ increase (between the extra water and the associated sewer) in last year's bill? Pat mentioned to me that is "fixed" the toilets quite a few times last year.</div>

FYI, in 2017 we paid $798.09 for water in the clubhouse, $1790.78 for sewer<br>
in the clubhouse, and $272.32 for water at the dock for a total of $2861.19.<br>
In 2016, the total was $1711.32, in 2015 $1450.76.<br>

I believe the replacement for the toilets is to install the comfort height<br>
16.5" high toilets and low flow. The men's room has a relatively low flow at<br>

By the way, Pat likes the large mirror on the right by the door. The men's<br>

might be able to be fixed and painted, maybe. Pat also mentioned the latches<br>
on the stalls don't always hold back anyone pushing on the door. Jerry<br>
mentioned about extending the counter cabinets in the Ladies to hide the<br>
drain and get more storage. The light fixture in the Ladies room seems to be<br>
pretty good shape, meaning like new.<br>

We do have 2 water meters, one for the house and one for the dock so we<br>
should only be getting charged for sewerage off the house meter. Is the<br>
water expense entry in the financials for both water and sewerage?<br>

I was at the club today for something else and I took pictures of both<br>
bathrooms in regards to the renovation proposals in case our memories have<br>
faded over the winter or we havent been in the opposite sex bathroom. Ill<br>
forward them later this weekend.<br>

I also happened to be in Lowes looking at toilets for our house and they<br>
have 10 offset toilets in stock for under $200, which is what I think we<br>
need for the club. Standard is 12.<br>
