<p>Good question, I ran into that one night too, fortunately I found a spot, but I don't think the private party "guests" should be able to park in the lot. The same rule should apply to all guests all the time, park on the street. See H&D rule 5 and 5C.</p>

<p>I looked back to 2009 looking for the 2 car limit and couldn't find it written down in the House and Docks rules.</p>

SO I went to the club tonight and there was a private party, and the lot was packed. I asked the police chief why there were non-members parked in the lot, and he told me that he was told it was OK for private parties.</p>
