A group of us spent a day taking off the doors and all the hinges so the doors could be sanded and painted. Well, the bottom cabinets are totally rotten on the side by the bar (actually , sort of saturated with wine) and the top cabinets have a bunch of their own problems once the sanding began. Here is the scoop \u2013 I have agreed to order new solid white wood cabinets and they will be delivered this week. I also have approved the ordering of Formica countertops and they will also be here this week. With luck \u2013 and a lot of hard work by a number of people all of these will be installed by Docks In and all of the kitchen equipment will be back in the kitchen. No new center island this year \u2013 and the cost is still under what would have been a center island and stainless steel counters. Hope this does not upset any of you \u2013 but the kitchen will look clean and beautiful.</p><p>Nancy</p><p> </p></div></div></div> </div></div>
