Thank you for your committees time in planning the Challengers Cup event. Regarding the "Gala" I think we remain tried and true to the Monday and Thursday use of the club. I discussed an event with them last year and offered the Monday/Thursday and they turned it down. Challengers Cup committee on Friday January 22, 2015 to start discussing the

to help cover some costs of providing equipment to their clients. Where the
Challengers Cup is their big event for the year they are looking into having
sponsors for the Cup and a \u201cGala\u201d cocktail party in the week prior to the Cup
where their sponsors and anyone else who wants to purchase tickets can attend.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">One Sky has asked if they could use PYC for the Gala event
for one evening in that week before the Cup race. They are not expecting PYC to
help with the sponsorship drive, except maybe to provide the function space.
One Sky would like to come to the next board meeting to present their idea and
provide us with more information. They are aware they would need to hire a
policeman and our capacity limit might be around 130 people.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Gala would be in the middle of September, which is not
our most busy time and they are aware that the PYC function space is also club
house which they would be taking over. They were thinking of having it the Friday
or Saturday before the Cup, but we indicated that the club house is generally
only used for private functions on Mondays and Thursdays in September.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Do you think this is something PYC would be interested in
