Fifteen percent of the membership of the Club shall constitute a quorum at such a meeting.</p><p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;">So, it seems that, if the entire membership is notified of the proposed change, then it can be added to the agenda for the upcoming meeting.</p><p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="text-align: justify; margin: 0px;">The only way I could do this is to add an addendum to the letter which I will be sending out Tuesday.
