application is rejected\u201d. The Application Form has a similar statement on page

<DIV>Considering the above , at the risk of seeming greedy, I believe Grinnell
is not entitled to refund. I consulted with Judge Nadeau yesterday, he is of
like opinion. I have not as yet replied to Grinnell.</DIV>

couple of work parties etc. and he seemed like a real solid citizen. Besides he

on the wait list for membership at PYC. We have recently purchased
waterfront property with moorings etc. in Maine. Between that and cruising
we are not likely to spend enough time in Portsmouth during the summer to get
much value from a PYC membership. Therefore, it probably makes sense for
us to remove ourselves from the wait list. I believe I provided a deposit
with the application and I'm guessing this well be returned?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
