These two positions are basically permanent, thus the repetitive exercise would be kept to a minimum. Anyhow their records still show Tony & Bill on the account as well as Jerry Karcher. They do know that Bill resigned but records still show him there.</FONT> <BR><FONT color=blue size=3 face="Baskerville Old Face"> </FONT> <BR><FONT color=blue size=3 face="Baskerville Old Face">What they need are minutes of BOD meeting showing that which I have extracted from the website. We now should come to a collective decision as to who else should have account authority. It has been suggested that it should be a Flag Officer. That however might be awkward as them same procedure of removal would become a repetitive exercise.
