<DIV>They have been in the process of updating all their records (not only us).
Anyhow their records still show Tony & Bill on the account as well as Jerry
Karcher. They do know that Bill resigned but records still show him
there.</DIV>

<DIV>What they need are minutes of BOD meeting showing that which I have
extracted from the website. We now should come to a collective decision as to
who else should have account authority. It has been suggested that it should be
a Flag Officer. That however might be awkward as them same procedure of removal
would become a repetitive exercise. Your thoughts please!</DIV>
