until last week when they added mine after I went in asked Matt Fitch what was
going on. They have admitted to losing the paperwork.

in the process of updating all their records (not only us). Anyhow their records
still show Tony & Bill on the account as well as Jerry Karcher. They do know
that Bill resigned but records still show him

We now should come to a collective decision as to who else should have account
authority. It has been suggested that it should be a Flag Officer. That however
might be awkward as them same procedure of removal would become a repetitive
