available for viewing by any member requesting to see them, but not
generally made public, and certainly not posted anywhere. There are
certain things that should remain confidential - like payroll. Do we
really want employees (or their member parents!) asking why they can't have
year-end bonuses if there's still money left in the budget at year's
end? </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Commentary such as, "All items except mooring
R&M, which was $2,500 over budget as a result of the elevated cost
of replacement mooring chain, and fuel sales, which were weaker
than expected in our recent rainy period, remain within or close to
budget. We have plenty of cash on hand, and expect to finish the year
well within our overall operating budget" should tell most folks what they want
to know - I.e., are things under control, there aren't any
unanticipated financial threats on the horizon, etc.</FONT></DIV>
