[Board] Letter of complaint by new member

Dear BOD Members,

There seems to be a misunderstanding concerning the letter distributed to the Board yesterday.

I ran into the new member at the Club while cleaning the ship models and relayed her statements on what she feels should be done to a couple of board members concerning what happened at the May board meeting. I do agree with some of her statements.

I have not made any formal proposal to anyone concerning this matter and feel that this matter should be addressed at our meeting tomorrow evening.

Any hearsay or gossip should be put to rest until this can be discussed properly.
