Hi Everyone………
I fully agree that the volunteers working an event should have their meals provided free of charge. Each team leader should submit a list of their volunteers to the folks collecting money for that evening. Those are the only folks who would receive their meals and not need to pay. There has been a recurrent theme about “that’s the way it has always been”. This time I agree with that statement.

Just to let you know, the word is starting spread on the statements made in the meeting Thursday.
See note below.
“I got a call from someone who is working one of my events who was told that even though they’re spending the day in the Kitchen they have to pay for the event. This has never been the case, and I told them they don’t have to pay if they work at an event. Obviously no one is going to volunteer to work if they also have to pay.”
