[Board] Resignation

Hello BOD,
Please see the attached two resignation letters that have just been sent to
Ellen Labrie and Michael & Holly Babin.  Ellen gave no indication as to why
she was leaving but I spoke to Michael and Holly. They will be leaving the
area for quite a while.

I will be offering the next two waiting list people a spot as a PYC member.
