[Board] checking the Board of Directors email

Chris,
This was received at 12:15AM this morning.
Looks like people have finally received the first two emails I sent a
couple of weeks ago.  haha.
As a patch, I made my own gmail BOD group distribution as well as a group
for the membership committee. :)
