Document 1    Original notice of the September incident - William Mouflouze
- From Greg Gebow.

Document 2    Additional information pertaining 9/12 incident - From Dave
Kearns.

Document 3    PYC Formal Letter sent 9/17/21 to Mouflouze and Jarvis
Certified RRR.

Document 4    Email from Will Smith - Witness (At the table 9/12/21).

Document 5    Reply from Mouflouze 9/20/21 - Will attend Special BOD
8/26/21.

Document 6    Notes from discussion with Mouflouze - PYC parking lot 9/20/21

Document 7    Proof of Delivery Certified Mail Receipts. Received 9/20/21

 

Request from Mouflouze of video of him leaving the dock 9/12/21. Part of
letter acknowledging Special BOD meeting.
