New Castle is in the process of doing a property reassessment. The PYC
property is currently assessed at $2,871,600. The new proposed assessment is
$5,414,200. If we do nothing, that's what we will be taxed on. Captain
Obvious here. That will have a severe impact on our budget. 

Part of what I do in Real Estate is work with property owners to reduce the
new assessment of their properties. I've done this countless dozens of times
with many Seacoast properties with great results. This is important and has
a narrow window that is closing soon to contest our assessment. This is
something I charge a fee for, however, would offer my services for free for
PYC.

I assumed, as the treasurer, that you handled things like this, which is why
I contacted you. The next step would be for us to contact Avatar for an
appointment to meet at the property. With permission, of course, of the
board, I suggest I take the helm on this project ASAP. Appreciate your time.

I'm completely in the dark here. I don't know what 'PC' is being assessed, I
don't know why any assessment would be contested, and I don't know who
Avatar is. If a letter was written, I didn't write it. Please help me out
with some details.

Has a letter been written to Avatar to contest the assessment yet? There's a
deadline any day now. How will this be handled? In my business, I represent
people to get their assessment down and have been successful in all that
I've done.
