Hi Sharon,
This is a very impressive and comprehensive set of reports.  I commend your depth of detail for each discussion area covered during this extended BOD session.
I too agree with Pat’s comments.  Additionally, we may want to consider another matter in our published minutes process.   When considering our conversation introduced by Wes two months ago regarding executive session discussion(s), I feel that it's important for the board to recognize that anything "written down" may be subject to unplanned exposure.  We may want to ensure that very acute points are not published.  Wes has already urged security when outside of our sessions.
Specific and sensitive elements might be identified during our BOD dialogue as "off the record."  This is simply my assessment.
