Hi Sharon,
Please remove the discussion of the statements of reasons for the membership applications being rejected ( fake etc) in keeping with the Constitution. I would suggest using the first sentence that says the membership committee has rejected some applications and then the last sentence that describes the follow up action from the Secretary. 
As you know, Wes has already received push back on this issue and it would be helpful not to inflame any situations.
