[Board] Request for use of Club Laura Montville

Hi Whit,

 

Here are my thoughts.

 

What type of function does Laura plan to have? Does it require the use of
the Kitchen, Bar, Grills? Is she aware of the parking restrictions? I can't
find any information on the event in the attached.

 

I know you referred her to our house and dock rules.  

 

Section III specifically states. No private functions on Thursdays in July
and August. It further states application and fees must be submitted two (2)
weeks prior to the event. The section continues... Monday or Thursday
private functions are not permitted.  

 

Many hours are spent developing and updating our house and dock rules. If we
don't follow our own rules why have them?

 

My recommendation - Request denied. Unless there are compelling emergency
reasons.
