I am good with it.
We have the overcrowded Italian dinner the night before, which we clean thoroughly that night. We cannot have ANYTHING or ANYONE setting up or bringing things in until the next morning .
I think someone should run it by Freida for her staffs schedule for getting the heads and rugs vacuumed etc before anyone comes in for another party as she said she will be short staffed .

Dear Laura;

Thank you for your enquiry.

The club only offers private rentals during July and August can only be done on Monday’s the rest of the week is reserved for Club member use.

The Board does not change this rule often, but I will ask the Board.

Starting in September the club is available for private rental on Monday and Thursday.

There is a description of the club rental process in the House and Dock rules for reference and the club rental agreement and liability waiver are available in the document menu on the website in the Member area.

This request is last minute and it does not give much time for reflection or planning for the Board, but I will ask.

Stay tuned…  I’ll be in touch.
