[Board] Ken Murphy private function on Aug 24th

Board members:

 

In order to allow Ken Murphy to rent (see attached) the club between 5 and
7:30 PM on Tuesday August 24th, I need board approval.  In the past Pat sent
out a special email that allowed us to do this by email response.  I am
requesting that Pat do this again and let us vote on if we are in favor or
against making an exception to our Monday only rental policy for the Rotary
Club Presidents meeting scheduled for August 24th.  Ken is waiting until I
get back to him to let his team know if it is okay or he has to find a new
venue.

 

Pat: Please send out a vote Talley so we can let Ken know if his request is
granted.
