Hi Roger;

 

Someone has to communicate the “Stand Down” to the BOD.  If you and Wes decided how to do this please proceed.

 

If not, I suggest that you write a note and send it to Board at portsmouthyc.org to cover all.  Do not mention any names in the email, just the “Stand Down” on any discussion or activity since you have resolved the issues discussed in executive session on July 8th.   As the person responsible for House and Docks, you as RC have resolved the situation to the satisfaction of the Commodore and Vice Commodore.  The subject should be officially tabled for now.

 

Maybe something like that.

Thanks for helping with this.

Wes does agree with our view on this. It is done "for now" but I will follow up in person with Bill on this and alert him to just how close he came to another bad letter and a requested appearance before the board. I am hopeful this will work.
